The Holiday season is just around the corner. It's a time of family gatherings, traditions and joy. But something has changed. Life as you knew it is no more. What once brought feelings of excitement and anticipation, now bring apprehension and despair. Memories are triggered in the most unexpected ways and the tears well up again.

Grief - a process that seems will never end. A process that may have started with family and friends offering comfort and support, now leaves you fearing that you've become a burden, or like you just don't want to impose. Right now you need to find A Safe Harbor. A place where you can lay your burdens down and feel the support, caring and comfort of others. Join us as we journey through the seasons of loss together.

This group is led by Susan Varady , LMSW, who, for over 30 years, has helped guide people through their pain with respect and compassion.
